Delivery Information


We offer FREE Delivery on ALL Mainland UK Orders (excluding some highland areas and outlying islands). If you are unsure please contact us in advance and we will be happy to confirm delivery cost if applicable.
Great care is taken when handling your order and our professional staff will wrap your item(s) and dispatch it as soon as possible. Depending on the time of your order, your purchase will be dispatched either same day, or the following day. This excludes weekends and bank holidays.
Items maybe dispatched by our chosen couriers or maybe delivered by the supplier. This all depends on the product(s) you have ordered. All orders are dispatched using a fully insured service and will require a signature. We would ask that you double check your address details when placing your order to ensure timely delivery.
Our most common reason for receiving items back undelivered is due to incorrect addresses being provided where nobody is available to sign. Any goods being returned to us because of this may incur a further cost to redeliver. We are an internet only based company and do not have a customer counter so unfortunately we do not allow collection.
Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming the dispatch of your item. The majority of orders are then received within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) but this is not guaranteed.



In the unlikely event that your item is lost in the post or arrives damaged, please do not worry. Your item is sent on a fully insured service and we will offer you a full refund or a replacement item and will deal with any issue fast! Proof of postage and delivery is available on all purchases.
Should your item arrive damaged we ask that you do not sign for the item and instead insist that the item is returned to us. Should this be the case please contact us as soon as possible and inform us of this. By signing for the item you are declaring that you have received the item in good condition and we may not be able to extend our above offer to cover this.

To return your item you must first inform us either by email, telephone or letter, whereby we will supply you with further details including a return code and return address. This should be done within 7 days of receipt of your item.

If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost within seven days. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. All returned goods should be returned complete and in the original packaging.

The decision to issue a refund is made purely at our discretion, based upon whether we deem the goods to be in a resaleable condition.

Making a purchase couldn’t be easier, simply browse our site, select the products you require by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button, and then follow our checkout process. You will be asked to provide delivery and billing addresses and have the chance to create an account with us.

Once your order has been placed you will then be directed to make payment - we accept the following payment methods.

Paypal is our prefered payment method as it is fast, safe and offers protection for both you as a buyer and us as a seller - we are fully verified by paypal. We also accept payment by all major credit cards. Sorry but we are unable to accept personal cheques.

We also accept Google Checkout.


PLEASE NOTE: If you pay via PayPal or Google Checkout then you will redirected to the Paypal secure gateway or Google Checkout secure gateway.

Once you have placed an order we will send you an email confirming that we have received your order.
